ORDER TRACKING
Log in to your Lukson account and visit the “My Orders” section to view the status of your order. Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, a tracking number will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp, enabling you to monitor its progress.
If you do not already have an account, you may create one using the same email address used to place your order, after which the order will be visible under “My Orders.”
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipping timelines mentioned are indicative and exclude weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen courier-related delays such as weather conditions, high shipment volumes, or traffic disruptions.
For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch orders within 3–10 working days from the date of order confirmation. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and should not be considered final.
Shipping charges are calculated on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances. If you suspect that your package has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us at whats-aap +91 9050633444 or email:luminbeads2025@gmail.com quoting your order number. We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement at the earliest possible time.
All shipments are fully insured and require the recipient’s signature along with valid ID proof upon delivery.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently deliver orders word wide, to residential or workplace addresses. Deliveries are not made to public locations such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, streets, PO boxes, or military addresses. Rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the Lukson facility.
RETURNS & SHIPPING CHARGES
If you choose to return an item, please note that both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be charged at actual rates.
• The shipping fee paid to deliver the product to you will be deducted from your refund.
• The cost of return shipping, will also be your responsibility.
Free return shipping is offered only in cases where the product is received damaged or incorrect.

CANCELLATION POLICY – READY-TO-SHIP ORDERS
Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, please write to our customer support team at luminbeads2025@gmail.com.
If a valid cancellation request is received prior to shipment, the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that Lukson reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to limited product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team. Additional verification or information may be requested before order acceptance.
If your order or any part thereof is cancelled after payment has been processed, the charged amount will be reversed to your card or original payment account. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the return policy. The customer agrees not to dispute with us Lumin Beads decision regarding cancellations.
PERSONALISED & CUSTOMISED ORDERS
Personalised or customised jewellery is crafted through a specialised manufacturing process and is created exclusively upon customer request. Orders requiring customisation may require additional processing time.
