At Lumin Beads, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a hassle-free 09-day return policy, allowing you to return your product within seven (09) days from the date of delivery, for any reason whatsoever. However, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Please note that the return and refund facility is applicable only to purchases made through our official website www.lumibeads.com.

To ensure a smooth return process, your jewellery must meet the following conditions:
• The product must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• The original invoice or proof of purchase, along with all accompanying documents provided at the time of delivery, must be submitted.
• Made-to-order and customised jewellery items are strictly non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
• Any complimentary gifts (coins or free products) received with the purchase must be returned along with the main product.

Important Note:
Upon receiving your Lumin product, please record a complete unboxing video. This will help our team efficiently review and process any exchange or return requests related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return or replacement, including:
• Customised, personalised, or special-order jewellery created specifically to your preferences.

Once your return request is received, a case ticket/ID will be generated. Our executive team will review the request and provide an amicable resolution. Refunds, if approved, will be processed the Refund to the original payment method via payment gateway for prepaid orders.

Please note that additional time may be required by banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund in your account. Lumin shall not be responsible for such delays.

While we strive to accommodate all genuine return requests, returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
1. Products showing signs of physical damage.
2. Products that have been washed.
3. Products not in their original condition.
4. Products returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, invoice, certificates, or any documents included at delivery.
5. Products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
6. Custom-made items, products purchased under special offers, or promotional items.
7. Orders refused by the customer at the time of delivery or after dispatch.
8. Customised jewellery, including personalised or engraved items.

Return Shipping & Inspection

Products must be self-shipped to the Lumin Beads official Address.  Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.The return or replacement does not comply with this policy if  the product is not securely packed in its original packaging or not adequately bubble-wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

Please email the courier tracking details to luminbeads2025@gmail.com after dispatch. Returns without valid tracking details.

Once the product is received and inspected by Lumin inspection team and found to be free from defects, the refund will be authorised. Lumin reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the refund or replacement value. All applicable taxes, duties, and fees as per local laws shall be borne by the customer.

In cases where returned orders are missing items, Lumin Beads reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This applies equally to promotional items and complimentary gifts.
